Make a Payment
Beloit College offers a number of convenient options for paying your student account. Whatever method you choose, be sure to pay by the Payment Due Dates.
Payment Options
Cash, money order, or check payments can be made on campus at the Cashier counter on the 2nd Floor of Pearson’s Hall.

Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 3:30pm
Closed daily for lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm.
Notes
- Credit and Debit Cards are not accepted at the cashier counter.
- Checks and money orders must be payable to Beloit College.
- Make sure you have your student ID on your check payment.
Checks or money orders payable to Beloit College may be sent directly to Bursar’s Office. Be sure to include the student’s full name and student ID number with the payment.

All payments must be received in the Bursar’s Office by the due date to avoid a late payment fee. Please account for any mailing/processing times when sending payment.
This is the fastest-easiest way to pay your bill and the payments post immediately to your student account. Credit and Debit cards are not accepted at the Cashier counter.
Log in to Nelnet Enterprise to make a payment
- Current Students: Access through Beloit College Portal under Financial Services.
- Authorized User: Login to http://online.campuscommerce.com/.
- No Login: Please visit Nelnet Student Account Payments - You will need to enter the student information to make a payment (Name and ID Number).
Checking/Savings Account
Electronic payments made from your checking or savings accounts do not have a processing fee.
Credit Card
Make a payment online using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
Please note that a processing fee of 2.85% of the amount charged will be added to each transaction. The processing fee is charged by Nelnet for the processing of these transactions. Beloit College does not retain any amount of this non-refundable fee.
Debit Card
Debit card payments are treated as credit card payments and will be charged the processing fee. However, you can enter your routing and bank account number associated with your debit card and the payment will be treated as an electronic payment with no processing fee.

Students who work on campus will be paid bi-monthly. You can receive payment for earnings directly or elect to have it applied to your student account as it is earned.
If you would like to have work study payments applied to your student account, please complete the Student Direct Deposit Authorization form.
- Please log into the Portal at portal.bjzhtst.com to find the form under the ‘Employees’ tab.
- This form will also be available to First Year students on move-in day.
